Independent Occupational Therapy supporting chronically ill and disabled adults.
Welcome to Disability Voices OT services !
Disability Voices provides independent occupational therapy functional assessments, advice and reports, focusing on how health conditions affect your daily life, independence, and support needs. The emphasis is on listening, functional impact, and clear professional evidence — particularly where people need their experiences and needs accurately reflected in government funding, support services or in disability advocacy.

My approach
Disability Voices is built on three principles:
• Listening first — your lived experience matters and needs to be communicated in the right way
• Function over labels — how conditions affect everyday life is unique to you not just diagnosis alone
• Clarity and fairness — reports that are accurate, balanced, and evidence‑based
I work independently and am not affiliated with any decision‑making body.
